Coding with an AI agent is pretty amazing these days. You describe a feature, go get a coffee, and come back to a working prototype. At least on day one.

But pair with an agent for months and you start to notice the same mistakes coming back. Again and again. And at some point you're not annoyed anymore, you're typing in ALL CAPS.

So I did what any reasonable person would do. I went through my entire Claude Code history and counted.

890 sessions. 18,929 messages I typed. About 1,660 of them were me losing it.
